🕯️ Return & Refund Policy (for Handmade Candles & Resin Art)


Thank you for supporting handmade products!

Each candle and resin item is crafted individually, which makes every piece unique. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.



🔸 Returns & Cancellations


Because our products are handmade and often made to order, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges due to change of mind, scent preference, or minor variations in color or texture.

Slight differences are normal and part of the handmade process.


Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.



🔸 Damaged or Defective Items


If your item arrives damaged:

    1.    Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

    2.    Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

    3.    Keep the original packaging until your claim is resolved.


Once your claim is reviewed, we may offer:

    •    A replacement, or

    •    A partial or full refund, depending on the case.


We reserve the right to decline a refund if the damage appears to be caused by misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery.



🔸 Returning Items


If a return is approved:

    •    The product must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of approval.

    •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

    •    We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.



🔸 Non-Returnable Items

    •    Custom or personalized orders

    •    Used candles or items that have been lit

    •    Opened resin pieces

    •    Sale items

All our items are handmade — small variations in color, scent, or texture are part of their charm and not considered defects.
