Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Each candle and resin piece is handmade, so slight variations and small imperfections are part of the unique character of our products.

We do our best to ship on time, but delays may occur due to material availability or carrier issues.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:


  • Canada & USA: 3–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days



Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.


Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We carefully pack every order to ensure safe delivery. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information shows the item as “Delivered.”

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will review your case for a possible replacement or store credit.


Returns Due to Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout.

We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
